Looking for Adult classes?
A: Yes for Minis (age 3–4, parent joins in), advisable for Movers (age 4–7), optional for Juniors (7–11), and not required for Teens (11–16), though parents are welcome to wait in the back treatment room.
A: Classes are grouped by age, but if your child is on the border between age groups (e.g. age 7 or 11), feel free to get in touch and we’ll recommend the best fit based on confidence and experience.
A: Comfortable clothes they can move in — leggings, joggers, or shorts and a T-shirt. No shoes needed; barefoot or grip socks are ideal.
A: Missed classes are non-refundable, and we’re unfortunately unable to offer transfers or make-up sessions.

A: Equipment is provided but you may wish to bring a water bottle. Teens should also bring a small towel to use as a head cushion during floor work.
A: Yes — one free trial class is offered. If a booked trial is missed without notice, the session will be charged at the normal rate.
A: Email Roberta at [email protected]. A registration form must be completed before your child attends their first class. This must be signed by a parent/carer if under 16, or by the participant if aged 16+.
