Stretch and Shine is part of Thrive and Shine Women’s Wellness Ltd.

By booking a place in our Pilates classes for children and teens, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

One free trial session is offered per child. If this trial is booked and not attended without at least 24 hours’ notice, the cost of the session will be payable.

If a free trial is missed or cancelled at short notice, a further paid trial session may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.

Classes are booked and paid for in advance by the half-term.

Payment secures your child’s place in class.

Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or carried over.

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.

2. Cancellations & Notice

If you no longer wish to continue for the next half-term, please give at least 4 weeks’ notice. If notice is not given, the next half-term’s payment will still be due.

If we need to cancel a class, the value will be credited toward the next block of classes.
